As a Freelance Senior Product Designer, I was approach by the company's CEO to redesign Kaizen's website, giving it a fresh, dynamic look while adhering to their updated branding and tone of voice.

The objective was to redesign 18 web pages (desktop and mobile), creating updated layouts and design assets for the developer to implement. My goal was to modernise the site’s structure while incorporating Kaizen’s new brand guidelines.

As the original website had been built directly in WordPress, there were no existing Figma files, design libraries, or reusable components. I began by mapping out the site’s architecture and familiarising myself with the new branding and social media campaigns. I researched competitor websites and explored web design trends to find modern and dynamic trends.

Starting with the Homepage, I designed key components that could be reused across the website, allowing the developer to start implementing these main components. I also had regular check-ins with the Marketing Manager and Head of Design to gather feedback and iterate on designs, as well as ongoing communication with the developer to assist with the implementation.
